 Hola! Hoy se fue a Hyde Park! Primer, nosotros fue a la Culinary Institute de América y ver como ellos hecho todo de las panes, pasteles y todo delicioso postres. Puedo ver un panadera hizo un pastel con chocolate y un otra panadera hecho rolas de canela. Delicioso. Después nosotros fue a la café y yo tiene macaroni, Mama tiene sopa de tomate, Papa tiene una quiche, y Ava tiene sopa de chicken noodle. Todos tiene rollos excepto yo entonces yo tomo un mordisco de Mamas. Y Papas y un otro de Mamas. Que? Son deliciosos rollos. La instituto tiene señales que dice “turnip the beet” con un turnip y beet, “one tough cookie” con un galleta, y “romaine calm and curry on” con romaine encima de curry. Son muchos mas. Después se fue a Franklin Roosevelt’s casa y se tomó un recorrido. Fue a la stables, la rose garden, la casa, y la vegetable garden. La casa fue muy increíble, la suelo baja tiene la comedor, la “snuggery” que es una habitación que es muy pequeño, y la biblioteca que es muy grande. La suelo secundo tiene todos los dormitorios. Franklin Roosevelt tiene polio en la tiempo y necesita una silla de ruedas. Subiendo la escaleras fue muy dificulto porque necesitas usar la ascensor y levantarse el y la ascensor que mucho trabajo! Loco. Después fue a la Val-kill casa donde Eleanor Roosevelt se quedo. Es muy tranquilo ahí. Luego fue a nuestra casa. Visitando Hyde Park se fue una muy divertida aventura!!

Hello! Today we went to Hyde Park! First we went to the Culinary Institute of America and saw how they made all of their bread, cakes, and delicious desserts! We saw a baker put chocolate on a sheet of paper that was sitting on a marble table that was freezing cold and she peeled it off and put it on a cake. Then we saw another baker roll out dough in a big rolling machine and behind her they were making cinnamon buns. Delicious. Then we went to the cafe and I got mac & cheese, Mom got tomato soup, Dad got a quiche, and Ava got chicken noodle soup. They all got rolls except for me so I took a bite of Moms. And Dads and another bite of Moms. What? They were good rolls. The institute had posted signs on poles with things like “turnip the beet” with a turnip and a beet on it, “one tough cookie” with a cookie on it, and “romaine calm and curry on” with romaine sitting in curry. There were tons more. Next we went to Franklin D. Roosevelt’s house and took a tour there. We visited the stables, the rose garden, his house of course, and the vegetable garden. His house was very cool, the bottom floor had their dining room, the snuggery which was a small cozy room(that is why it’s called the snuggery) and the library/living room which was the biggest room ever. The top floor had all the bedrooms. Apparently Queen Elizabeth had stayed in one of their rooms which was awesome. Franklin Roosevelt contracted polio and couldn’t walk so he needed a wheelchair. Then how did he get up and down stairs? He used the pulley and pulled his own weight plus the pulley itself up a small manual elevator! Crazy. Then we went to the Val-kill house where Eleanor Roosevelt stayed. It was very peaceful there. Then we left for home. Visiting Hyde Park was a very fun adventure!!
